Service Description
A non-refundable deposit fee of $50 consultation fee is required. This fee will be applied to the total cost of alterations. A 1/3 deposit of the total cost is required to begin the agreed-upon alterations.
Cancellation Policy
1. This is a one and a half hour appointment and is only available on select Fridays and Saturdays. 2. A non-refundable deposit fee of $50 consultation fee is required and due at the time of booking. This fee will be applied to the total cost of alterations. 3. A 1/3 deposit of the total cost is required to begin the agreed-upon alterations and is due at the fitting appointment. 4. Please do not bring additional items for alterations on your pick-up date unless you have made an appointment. 5. Our studio has limited space for storage. Items left more than 30 days will be donated unless you have made specific arrangements with Kelly or Velencia for a pick-up date outside the 30 day window. 6. For your safety and ours, all garments/items must be clean and unsoiled at the time of drop off. Unclean items will not be accepted. 7. For your safety and ours, do not enter the areas behind the sewing machines. 8. “Ballpark” quotes for orders will not be provided. Each order is unique and it takes time to assess the full extent of work required. 9. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will have to be rescheduled so that we can remain on schedule with subsequent appointments.
