Ages 7-12 Hours 9 am - 12 noon Registration fee $325 All registrations received prior to April 1st, 2025 will receive 10% off registration fee. All tools and materials provided Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class start time *Allowed to bring snacks and drinks
Cancellation Policy
1. Fittings are by appointment only within the following schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:30-4:30 and 1:30-5:00 p.m. Wednesdays from 1:30-5:00 p.m. Same day appointment requests must be made and confirmed by phone. 2. “Ballpark” quotes for orders will no longer be provided. Each order is unique and it takes time to assess the full extent of work required. 3. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will have to be rescheduled so that we can remain on schedule with subsequent appointments. 4. Regular turn around time for orders is 2-3 weeks and up to 6 weeks for orders not needed immediately. If an order is needed earlier than 2 weeks, it is considered a “Rush Order” and will incur an additional charge of 20%. Turn around times may be longer during busy season, such as spring. We appreciate your understanding and patience. 5. The studio is closed for daily lunch from 12-1:00. Pick up time is after 1:00. 6. Please limit personal conversations with Velencia (those not relevant to fittings) to 5 minutes or less. Each day, Velencia has numerous garments awaiting her attention and with your help, she can maximize her sewing time. Yes, she’s just a love: a very BUSY love who wants to honor the pick up dates she sets with everyone. 7. Pick-ups will only be after 1:00 p.m. once you receive notification that your order is ready, no appointment required. 8. Please do not bring additional items for alterations on your pick-up date unless you have made an appointment. 9. Basic orders requiring no measuring or personal attention can be dropped off anytime after 11:00 without an appointment. Please see Kelly for your pick-up ticket. 10. Our studio has limited space for storage. Items left more than 30 days will be donated unless you have made specific arrangements with Kelly or Velencia for a pick-up date outside the 30 day window. 11. For your safety and ours, all garments/items must be clean and unsoiled at the time of drop off. 12. For your safety and ours, do not enter the areas behind the sewing machines.
